Quick presets

What is a Tabata workout?

Tabata is a form of high-intensity interval training built around 20 seconds of all-out work and 10 seconds of rest, repeated for 8 rounds. It is short but demanding: pick one exercise such as squats, burpees or mountain climbers, or alternate two moves.

How to do more than one Tabata

Once a single 4-minute block feels manageable, stack two or three blocks with a minute of easy movement in between, or set 16 or 24 rounds to run them back to back.
