Quick presets

How to time a circuit

Treat each work interval as one station and the rest as your transition. For a 6-station circuit done twice, set 12 rounds. Keep transitions short at first and lengthen them if you need more recovery.

Circuit ideas

A balanced circuit alternates upper body, lower body and core: for example push-ups, squats, plank, lunges, rows and jumping jacks. Repeat the whole circuit two or three times.
